The Greater Indian and International Restaurant boasts a selection of different dishes ranging from authentic traditional Indian food, through Indonesian, English and even dishes from Hong Kong. We are located at Curtin Shopping Centre, just five minutes drive from the city centre.

Situated downstairs, it is like entering a different world, from the glaring sunshine to a cool, softly lit room. Your host, Mr. & Mrs. Bari, were in the diplomatic service for 21 years and are widely travelled. This is reflected not only in the menu but also in the decor. Indian wall hangings meld with chandeliers and Greek statues, while Doric columns support the entertainment area adjacent to the dance floor. The audio system will play a wide range of music while you are dining; from traditional Indian to pop music to the sound track of Phantom of the Opera. They specialise in large banquets and functions, as Mr. Bari says, "anyone can cook for a small number but to cater for a large function is a challenge." It is one that he is proud to have met successfully as the repeat bookings indicate.

The Greater Indian and International Restaurant is fully Licensed and no B.Y.O. You can view the wine menu here or by clicking the menu link. Customers are most welcome to use its extensive audio equipment, PA system and video equipment for functions, as well as the piano, and with seating for 140 there is ample room.
